Hardening
Vacuum hardening
Vacuum heat treatment is a very economical, environmentally friendly and efficient heat treatment process and is particularly suitable for workpieces that are sensitive to distortion and require a bright metallic surface. This process is mostly used for high-alloy tool steels, rust and acid-resistant steels, high-speed steels, steels produced by powder metallurgy and aluminum/copper alloys.
